Our newest addition, a 5-axis CNC machine, is another big step forward in that journey. We couldn’t be more excited about what it means for the future of our work.

Expanding What We Can Create

Bringing in a 5-axis CNC opens up an entirely new world of possibilities. Before, we could make it work, but not always as efficiently or as precisely as we wanted. This machine changes that. It allows us to create incredibly detailed carvings, intricate curves and one-of-a-kind shapes that would have taken much longer, or even been impossible, with older equipment. It’s not just about working faster, but about building better, smarter and with more creativity than ever before.

A Big Leap

Getting the 5-axis CNC into our shop was no small feat. When you’re moving a 12,000-pound machine that costs a couple hundred thousand dollars, there’s a lot riding on every move. Watching it hang from a boom truck definitely made for a few nerve-wracking moments. But that’s the kind of challenge we’re built for. Every big improvement comes with risks, and we’re proud to take them head-on in the name of delivering the best craftsmanship possible.
