This year we celebrate an important milestone for one of our own. Kyle Atkinson marks 10 years with Gator Millworks. His journey is a true reflection of hard work, growth and commitment. From his first day walking into the shop, unsure of what to expect, Kyle quickly proved himself through determination and a willingness to learn. Over time, he moved into new roles, embraced challenges and became a leader on our team.

Growing with Gator

Kyle’s path is a perfect example of what happens when opportunity meets drive. What started with hands-on carpentry has grown into his current role as plant manager, where he oversees operations and ensures our projects are completed with precision and care. His leadership has been instrumental in showing that custom millwork means more than just cabinets—it is furniture, specialty fixtures and designs that bring spaces to life across the country.

In the last decade, Kyle has helped Gator Millworks expand its capabilities and reputation, but his influence reaches beyond production.
