Our team is always looking for ways to improve precision, efficiency and consistency. With the addition of the Makor Start-One-M finishing machine, we’ve taken another big step forward. This automated spray booth allows us to finish cabinet doors, trim, entry doors and other flat products with accuracy that would be impossible to replicate by hand. Its precise movements and consistent material application give us confidence in every piece that leaves the line.

Efficiency Meets Craftsmanship

The beauty of this technology is that it enhances—not replaces—our craftsmanship. While the Makor handles high-volume finishing, our painters remain free to focus on detailed, manual spraying. This dual approach doubles our department’s output without the need to increase staffing, creating more efficiency across our facility. In addition, the system is designed to optimize material use, cutting down on waste and increasing control over each coat applied.

Looking Ahead with Innovation

Later this year, we will integrate a new program from Stiles Machinery that will allow us to work from one side of the machine to the other. Once implemented, this upgrade will make our machine the only one of its kind in the world. That level of innovation is exactly what drives us to keep investing in tools that expand our capabilities and open new opportunities for our team and clients.
